Vào khoảng 6:17 chiều ngày 21 tháng 5 năm 2023, Cảnh sát viên Robert Alvator thuộc Sở Cảnh sát Highlands phát hiện một chiếc Dodge Caliber 2009 có hành vi lái xe bất thường. Sau đó, anh đã dừng xe và xác định người lái là Karina Armando, một cô gái 20 tuổi có dấu hiệu say rượu.
