Suddenly, Fatemeh’s brother arrived.

He brutally attacked the groom, beating him with fists, kicks, and a stick, and assaulted Fatemeh as well. Due to the severity of his injuries, the groom was unable to return. Fatemeh’s brother took her away with him, and the groom was left behind, and then disappeared from their lives.
